At The Roundhill Academy, we provide outstanding pastoral care to support our students to be the best that they can be. All students and staff belong to one of four houses, Charnwood, Swithland, Bradgate and Watermead. Each house is led by a senior member of staff who supports the work of their Tutors as Head of House. The Tutor is the first person to meet students during morning registration and we believe that this monitoring and supportive relationship is pivotal to individual success at school. Our Head of Year team look after students wellbeing, attendance and behaviour across the school, as well as maintaining a high level of attendance, all of which play a vital role in learning at The Roundhill Academy.
